Niko Moon is a singer/songwriter, entrepreneur, and founder of the Happy Cowboy Foundation. He is married to his wife, Anna Moon, with whom he shares one daughter, Lily Moon. Niko is deeply passionate about all people having access to mental health care.
Anna Moon
Director
Anna Moon is a singer/songwriter and Co-Founder of the Happy Cowboy Foundation. She is married to Niko Moon, and they share a happy one-year-old, Lily Moon. Anna is passionate about mental health and believes it is important at every stage of life. Mental health is just as important as physical health, and yet it’s often ignored, and there is a stigma against mental illness. Anna hopes to eradicate mental health stigmas and help advance access to mental health services for all.
Jeff Jones
Director and Secretary
Jeff Jones has been an associate business manager at FBMM for over 16 years and has a deep interest in and passion for mental health. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree and Master’s Degree in psychology from Pittsburg State University in Kansas, where he graduated summa cum laude. Jeff also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in music business from Middle Tennessee State University.
Melissa Reilly

Melissa Reilly is a Mental Health Advocate and the Chief Strategy Officer at Evernorth Behavioral Health, a national healthcare company. Melissa believes in supporting innovation and individuals, like the Happy Cowboy Foundation, that help people get access to high-quality health care. Melissa holds a degree in Finance from James Madison University and a JD/MBA from Quinnipiac University and lives in Connecticut with her husband and three children.
John Huie
Member
John Huie is a founding partner of CAA Nashville and has been an agent for 36 years. He gravitates towards artists with heart and vision and has ridden beside multiple successful artists and their passion projects in the past. He is thrilled that his next one will be supporting Niko Moon and The Happy Cowboy Foundation.
